At UK Peptide Supply, we strive to provide high-quality research-grade products and excellent customer service. Please review our refund and return policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be issued under the following conditions: the order was not dispatched, the product arrived damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped. If you experience any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Non-Refundable Items Due to the nature of research chemicals, refunds cannot be issued if the product has been opened or used, the package was delivered successfully but later mishandled, there was incorrect usage by the customer, or a change of mind after dispatch.
3. Lost or Delayed Packages If a package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement shipment where appropriate. Once tracking confirms delivery, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements.
4. Return Conditions If a return is approved, items must be unopened and unused, returned in original packaging, and the customer may be responsible for return postage costs. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Processing Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
