Refund policy

At UK Peptide Supply, we're committed to supplying high-quality, well-documented research compounds and providing reliable customer service. Please review this policy carefully before ordering.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued where an order was not dispatched, arrived damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if any of these apply.

2. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of research compounds, refunds cannot be issued once a product has been opened or used, where a package was delivered successfully but later mishandled, in cases of incorrect use by the customer, or for a change of mind after dispatch.

3. Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement where appropriate. Once tracking confirms delivery, we're unable to guarantee refunds or replacements.

4. Return Conditions
Where a return is approved, items must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Return postage costs may be the customer's responsibility. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
