1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We work with trusted UK carriers to deliver orders safely and reliably. Estimated delivery times: Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary.

3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, shipping method selected, and package weight and size.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we may offer a replacement shipment or a refund, depending on the situation.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. UK Peptide Supply is not responsible for orders dispatched to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an address error is identified before dispatch, please contact us immediately.

6. Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
