1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, using trusted UK carriers. Standard delivery takes an estimated 2–5 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, chosen shipping method, and package weight and size.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we may offer a replacement or a refund depending on the circumstances.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. UK Peptide Supply is not responsible for orders dispatched to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If you notice an error before dispatch, please contact us immediately.

6. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and product, and we'll arrange a suitable resolution.
